Things we don't do, on purpose
PackOffice is built only for dog trainers. If most of your income is grooming, vet work or a shop counter, software made for that will suit you better.
We are not a marketplace or directory, and we never list your business or send owners elsewhere. PackOffice handles the clients you bring.
Never. Your client list belongs to you, and you can export it any time. See our privacy policy.
Your clients pay your price. There is no booking or platform fee added at their end.
Things other software does better

Questions
Does PackOffice run payroll?
No. Studio works out what each trainer is owed per session, including super and weekend loadings, but it does not pay wages or report Single Touch Payroll. If you have employees, use payroll software alongside it. Contractors who invoice you do not need payroll.

Does PackOffice find me new clients?
No. PackOffice is not a marketplace or directory. It handles the clients you bring, from your own website, socials and referrals.
