- Choose Calendly if you only need people to pick a time from your calendar, sell single sessions, and are happy to keep client notes, invoices and the books elsewhere.
- Choose PackOffice if you sell packages, programs or classes, want client and dog files with notes, and want invoices, payment plans and bank matching handled for you.
What Calendly does well
Credit where it is due. Calendly is about as easy as booking gets. The free plan covers one event type, setup takes minutes, and its calendar sync and round robin for teams are excellent. Standard adds Stripe or PayPal payments and text reminders.

Where the time goes
Calendly handles the booking. Invoices, programs, payment plans, class rosters, matching payments and the GST figures still happen somewhere else, by hand or in a second app. A working trainer's own practice put that work at about 70 minutes per new client, most of which PackOffice does for you.
Switching from Calendly
Calendly has no client file to move, so start from your client spreadsheet: save it as a CSV and import it into PackOffice. Then swap your Calendly link for your PackOffice booking page. Founding trainers have the import done for them on a two-hour setup call. How switching works.
