Why PackOffice exists
Dog trainers are good at dogs and people. Most of them did not sign up for the part that comes after the session: the follow-up email, the invoice, the reminder for session three, the chase for an instalment, the receipts at BAS time.
The software on offer did not fit. Most of it was built for groomers, vets or daycare centres, where one booking is one visit. Trainers sell programs, packages, classes with terms and waitlists, home visits with travel between them, and payment plans. So they stitched together a booking app, a forms app, a spreadsheet and Xero, and paid for all four.
PackOffice puts that work in one place, shaped around how a training practice actually runs.

How we build it
PackOffice was built with working trainers and shaped by real weeks of sessions, programs and classes. That is where details like session 3 of 6 on every reminder, travel time between home visits and vaccination checks before a dog is accepted came from.
We are now working with five founding trainers. They get a direct line to the team, and what they need decides what we build next.

How we look after your data
Each practice's data is kept separate in the database and encrypted. You, your team and your clients each have your own login and see only what you should.
