What is PackOffice?

PackOffice is admin software built only for dog trainers in Australia. It runs enquiries, bookings, reminders, group class check-in, invoices, payment plans, GST and bank matching in one app, from A$59 a month.

How is PackOffice different from pet business software?

Most pet business platforms are built for grooming, daycare and boarding first, with training added on. PackOffice is built only for dog trainers, so programs, payment plans, class terms, check-in and home visit travel time come first, and your books are included, so most solo trainers do not also need Xero. How much does dog training business software cost?

Most booking and practice apps cost between about A$30 and A$120 a month, and many add a booking or platform fee on card payments plus separate accounting software. PackOffice is A$59 a month (Solo) or A$109 (Studio) including GST, card payments are 2.5% + 30c all in, and bank transfers cost nothing.

Do I need a website?

No. Every practice gets its own booking page and enquiry form at a link you can share by text, email or social media. If you do have a website, one line adds a Book now button to it.

Can clients choose their own times?

Yes. Turn on self booking for any service and clients pick from times you are actually free. For services where you want to talk first, such as a behaviour consult, set it to request only and offer times yourself.

I sell packages of different lengths. Does that work?

Yes. A package can be any number of sessions at any price, with or without a finish-by date. Payment plans can have up to 12 instalments, and you set your own extra charge per instalment, or none.

Does it work for group classes?

Yes. Classes have a size limit, a waitlist, single class or term bookings, class packs and a check-in list on your phone. Group classes are included in both plans.

Who pays for text messages?

Texts are included in your plan: 100 a month on Solo and 300 on Studio. If you need more, top up in packs of 100 for A$15. Your clients never pay for reminders. Email reminders are always unlimited.

Can PackOffice replace Xero?

For most solo trainers, yes. PackOffice handles invoices, payments, expenses, bank matching and the GST figures your BAS needs, and gives your accountant one tidy export at year end. If you run payroll for employees or several businesses, your accountant may still want Xero.

How do card payments work?

Set up your own Stripe account from PackOffice in a few minutes. Clients pay at booking or from a link on the invoice, and the money goes straight to your bank account. The fee is 2.5% + 30c per payment, all in.

Is my clients' information secure?

Yes. Each practice's data is separated in the database and encrypted, you, your team and your clients each have their own login, and each sees only what they should. PackOffice follows the Australian Privacy Principles and never sells data.

Can I bring my existing clients across?
