What card payments cost
Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account at 2.5% + 30c per payment, all in. That covers Stripe's processing and our platform fee. There is no separate booking fee, and your clients pay your price with nothing added.

What it replaces
Most trainers pay for a booking app and accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks, then do everything in between by hand: forms, reminders, class rosters, payment plans and matching payments. PackOffice does the booking, the in between and the books in one place. For most solo trainers that means one subscription instead of two or three. If you run payroll for employees, your accountant may still want accounting software alongside it. See the full comparison.
Trial and founding access
- Free trial: 14 days of Studio, no card needed, opening to everyone after the founding round. If you do not choose a plan by day 14 your account becomes read-only, and your data stays available to export for 90 days.
- Founding trainers: we are working with five trainers to build the next features. They keep today's prices for as long as they stay subscribed, on either plan, get a two-hour setup call where we import their clients, and a direct line to the team. A$200 deposit, credited against the first year and refunded in full if you decide in the first month it is not for you.
Pricing questions
How much does PackOffice cost?
Solo is A$59 a month and Studio is A$109 a month, both including GST. Paying yearly costs ten months for twelve: A$590 or A$1,090. There is no setup fee and no booking fee.
What do card payments cost?
2.5% + 30c per card payment, all in, paid into your own Stripe account. On a A$180 consult that is A$4.80. Bank transfers cost nothing.
Do my clients pay a booking fee?
No. PackOffice adds no booking fee or platform fee for your clients. They pay your price.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Move between Solo and Studio whenever you like, and cancel any time from the Subscription page. After cancelling you keep read-only access and exports for 90 days.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in contract. Monthly plans run month to month. Yearly plans are paid in advance for twelve months.
What happens if I run out of texts?
Top up at A$15 per 100 texts. Email reminders are unlimited on both plans, so reminders keep going out by email either way.
