A Saturday at puppy school
- During the week. Owners find your puppy school on your booking page, see which weeks are available or have a few places left, and book the term at A$220. Their invoice and pay link arrive by email.
- The class is full. The next owner who tries to book goes onto the waitlist, with an email to say so. Nothing is charged.
- Friday. Someone cancels. PackOffice asks whether to move the first person on the waitlist in, and one tap does it.
- Saturday morning, it rains. You message the whole class by text with the indoor venue's address, in one go.
- At the gate. You show the QR code and owners check themselves in, or you tick puppies off on your phone.
- After the term. Graduates book the Saturday group or buy a 5-class pass at A$180, and the ones who need more help book private sessions.

Several classes, one view
Run as many classes as you like: puppy school on two mornings, an adolescent class, a reactive dog group with four places. Each has its own places, prices and weeks, and they sit beside your private sessions on the same calendar, so an online booking can never land on top of a class.
What to know before you switch
PackOffice does not check vaccination certificates for classes automatically. Ask for vaccination details on your booking form and check them yourself. Moving someone from the waitlist into a class is always your tap, never automatic. Memberships and card on file are Soon.
Questions trainers ask
Is PackOffice puppy school software?
Yes. It handles puppy school and other group classes: term, drop-in and class pack bookings, size limits, a waitlist, QR check-in and messages to the class, along with invoices and GST.
Can someone join a term after it has started?
Yes. A term booking takes a place in every remaining week, and if you allow drop-ins, people can also book single weeks.
Do classes and private sessions share one calendar?
Yes. Classes block those times on your booking page, so a private session cannot be booked over a class.
Can I check vaccinations before puppy school?
Add vaccination questions to your booking form and the answers land in the client file for you to check. Classes do not check vaccination certificates automatically.
