A two-week board and train, start to finish
- The request. An owner asks for 14 nights from your booking page. They see whether dates are available or full, and send a request. Nothing is confirmed until you say yes.
- The checks. PackOffice shows whether the dog's vaccination is current and whether they have passed your assessment and been approved for boarding.
- You confirm. At A$120 a night the stay is A$1,680. A 50% deposit of A$840 is invoiced, due now, to hold the dates. The balance is due the day before drop-off.
- Drop-off. The day board shows who is arriving, with feeding and medication notes for each stay. Tap to check in.
- Each day. Add notes to the care log as you go. Choose which go into the report card and email it to the owner.
- Pick-up. Tap to check out. Stays past their end date are checked out automatically if you forget.
Built for places, not appointments
- Places per day. Set how many dogs each service can take and on which days, so you never overbook
- Request to approve. Owners request dates online, and you confirm, decline or book directly yourself

Walk and train
Walk and train usually runs as a weekly repeating session at the same time each week, such as a 45-minute walk at A$70. PackOffice books the whole series, sends reminders and invoices it, on Solo or Studio.
What it does not do yet
